On March 23, 2022, the WEST Board of Directors selected Clayton Derby to succeed David Young as the corporation’s Chief Executive Officer. Clayton began his career at WEST in 1995 and brings over two decades of consulting experience to the design, conduct, and analysis of environmental and wildlife studies. Additionally, he served as a Senior Manager for over 10 years and as Chief Service Officer since 2016. During his career, Clayton has developed a national reputation as an outstanding consultant and scientist focused on natural resources, particularly in the areas of energy development and water resources.
