WEST’s growth in the early years led to the hires of Shay Howlin and Elizabeth Lack in 1999, Kim Bay in 2001, Sue Shea-Kuno in 2002, and Gretchen Norman in 2005, all of whom have filled various roles in the company over the years.
Shay currently serves as President of the Board and Quality Manager, Elizabeth is a biologist and NEPA specialist, Kim is a Senior Manager, Sue serves as our Chief Financial Officer, and Gretchen is a Project Manager, NEPA team lead and is on the board of directors.
