Congratulations Elizabeth Baumgartner (Libby)!
Libby is excited to support the Bismarck Team as their Senior Manager, where her extensive knowledge of WEST staff, culture, processes, and resources will be an asset. Libby joined WEST in 2008. She has enjoyed supporting WEST through many support and leadership roles, from Environmental Report Writer to Senior Biologist and Project Manager. Throughout her career at WEST, she supported and led teams through all aspects of the project process, from scoping and study design to post-project improvement analyses.
