WEST is heading to the Windaba Conference and Exhibition and the 8th Annual WindAc Africa Conference in Cape Town, South Africa, from 21-23 October!

We’re proud to be part of Africa’s leading wind energy conference and exhibition, hosted by the South African Wind Energy Association (SAWEA). Windaba 2025 brings together industry leaders, policymakers, researchers, and civil society to drive strategic dialogue and practical solutions for a just energy transition. WindAc brings together leading researchers, engineers, and practitioners to exchange knowledge and drive actionable solutions.

WEST biologists Kate MacEwan and Amanda Hale will be contributing as speakers and panelists across Windaba and WindAc sessions—sharing insights, exploring new markets, and collaborating on conservation and innovation.

Visit us at Exhibition Stand #32. We hope to see you there!
