WEST joins bat biologists, scientists, environmentalists and more to celebrate Bat Week. The annual international observance promotes bat awareness and the winged mammals’ critical environmental roles.

Bat Week is October 24-31.

WEST is at the forefront of bat research, monitoring, and risk assessment, and has been for more than 30 years. WEST’s two dozen-plus bat experts – project managers, acoustic specialists, statisticians, technical leads, and permitted bat biologists – design bat solutions for our clients in renewable energy, oil and gas, forestry and others. Our bat specialists rank among the best in the field. Their research experience spans the US, Canada, and beyond.

This week WEST will share the many ways we contribute to bat conservation.
